3 Reasons Our Neighbors Prefer Sourdough Bread

We keep harping on about Sourdough Bread. We love it! The taste, the texture, the smell! We are constantly working on our process and recipes to bring you a more authentic taste and texture, so naturally we’re excited to help everyone in Cagayan de Oro learn more about why we’re so passionate about it.

Here are 3 reasons (among many more) why our Neighbors prefer Sourdough Bread over everything else.

1. It’s More Nutritious than regular bread

Our Sourdough Collection is made with just 4 ingredients: Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast. We say NO to sweeteners or preservatives, natural or otherwise. You don’t need to worry about added sugars, added chemicals – the only added ingredient is love. No secrets (except our methods). This collection is an expression of our belief that the BEST things don’t have to be complicated. There is beauty (and health) in simplicity. All you need to think about is how you can look and feel good by making Good Daily Habits!

2. Better for Gut Health

Sourdough Bread has prebiotics (stuff that probiotics eat) and probiotic-like benefits (due to residual lactic acid that remains after baking), giving you better gut-health1 which has been linked to improved moods and mental health2 (yes, we used PubMed as a source so you know it’s legit). It’s also easier to digest!

3. It Tastes Delicious and Looks Great in Photos
